True Green Capital Management LLC (“TGC”) is led by an experienced team of distributed power and finance industry professionals with a strong investment history. From its inception in July 2011, TGC has demonstrated its capacity to originate, finance, build, manage, and exit institutional quality, bankable distributed power projects with competitive entry costs. TGC is comprised of 30+ investment professionals, back office, and operating personnel that focus on investment origination, due-diligence, transaction execution, financing, risk management, back office operations, and asset management, led by a partnership group of 5 people with 10+ years of experience working together.

Henri Talerman
Advisor
Henri Talerman is co-founder of WR Capital Partners LLC, an investment partnership and a successor to Wesray Capital, a pioneer in the buyout industry. WR is a seeder to TGC and owns equity in the General Partner. Henry is an observer of the Investment Committee. Prior to forming WR , Henri was Partner of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc. Henri was a member of Lehman’s Investment Committee and IB Operating Committee. Henri has invested across a wide range of industries. He sits on boards of portfolio companies and plays an active role in capital allocation and strategy decisions. Henri holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Economics and Law from Witwatersrand University in South Africa.
John Bertuzzi
Advisor
Prior to retiring in 2010, John served as a Managing Director in the Commodities division at Goldman Sachs Co (J Aron) for 13 years. At Goldman, John managed a global derivatives trading team focused on serving clients in crude oil and petroleum products worldwide. John is an observer of the Investment Committee. Before Goldman, John was a Senior Vice President in the commodity trading group at Lehman Brothers for seven years. John has also worked in commodities trading for Mitsui & Co., Metallgesellschaft Corp., and also in auditing for Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst&Young). John holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and B.S. from the University at Albany.
